Support messages (the messages you send and our replies): to answer your questions. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
Study progress (questions seen and answered, saved questions, exam dates, study streak and certificate dates): to run your account features. Lawful basis: contract.
Reminder emails (your email address and the date you last studied): only if you tick the reminder box on your My progress page. Lawful basis: consent. Untick the box to stop them. We send them through [your email provider].
Analytics data (pages viewed, device and approximate location): only if you accept analytics in our cookie banner. Lawful basis: consent. You can withdraw consent at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Who we share it with
We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, Hosting and, if you consent, Analytics) and Cloudflare (domain and DNS) to run the site. These providers process data on our behalf and may transfer it outside the UK under approved safeguards. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your account, history and support messages until you ask us to delete them or close your account. Analytics data is kept according to our analytics settings, [retention period].
Your rights
